Are purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items due to us already issuing the link moments after your purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to deliver your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery can take up to 2 weeks.
How does it work?
The moment you order, our team starts working on your order and issuing the links, after careful checking that the links are valid we will send you an email with your link/links. Please note the PLAYER ID has to match your order otherwise we will not be responsible if you are unable to claim it.
For Champion pins we are not responsible for the delivery time due to us not having access to it. It usually takes up to 1 week for your pin to get delivered.
Can I get a refund if my order is wrong?
No, all purchases are final sale and we will not refund you. If you are certain that your order is wrong you can contact us at support@croyale.shop and we will decide what to do next.
If its our fault we will make sure you will be greatly compensated!
